Snow Event: Friday 02/06/2026

Snow is expected Friday through the early hours of Saturday.

Original forecasts were predicting three to six inches, but it looks like the snow anticipated for this morning ending up going south of us. Predictions are now calling for an inch or two.

Dispatch Time:

We're skeptical of the new predictions, some show us hitting 1.5 inches at 4:30 am Saturday and not even reaching 2 inches. It looks like it's supposed to pick up around evening rush hour when the cold front moves in. We'll be monitoring the accumulation and wouldn't be surprised if we dispatch plows this evening. Stay tuned for updates!

Well, we had a feeling it was too good to be true! The snow came after all. We will dispatch plows after the winter weather advisory expires at 1 am.
