Dispatch Time: 11:45 am
Happy New Year! As of 8:30am Friday, we're consistantly seeing 1" - 1.5" and expect to hit the 2" trigger sometime today. Because of the wind, we are seeing snow drifts accumulate in some places, please keep in mind that we are looking for an average of 2" over an entire driveway, not just 2" at the deepest point. We will continue to measure the snow and post updates below. Stay warm out there!

Live updates will appear below.

All plows have been dispatched and drivers will be on their routes within the hour.
3:30 pm
A snow plow briefly stopped working, but is already back up and running. While we were en route to assist the driver, a friendly Amazon driver stopped and helped before we even got there. Thank you to this kind stranger! This delay put us slightly behind in Shaker Heights.
6:15 pm
All routes are complete.
